- To violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MailDoot are owned by MailDoot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailDoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
