Frequently asked questions

What counts as one email?
One email = one recipient address. A message sent to 5 recipients counts as 5 emails against your monthly quota.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The Starter plan is completely free forever with no credit card required. Upgrade only when you need more volume.
Can I use both REST API and SMTP on the same account?
Yes. All plans include both channels. Volume is shared across both — a message sent via SMTP and one via REST API each count as one email against your quota.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Sends over your limit are queued and rejected with a 421 credit error. Upgrade your plan or purchase top-up credits to continue sending without downtime.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Enterprise plans can optionally lock in annual pricing for a discount.
How does migration from another ESP work?
We provide API-compatible connectors for SendGrid, Netcore, Mailgun, and Mailchimp Transactional. If you're already on one of these, just change the base URL and API key — your existing integration works with zero code changes.
